We made a last minute booking to Leaf at the Castle, after being let down by a local bus tour company. We booked the Royal afternoon tea as its my best friends 30th celebrations. We were welcomed by Kamil, who showed us to a beautiful road side table in the shade as its a very hot day. He was very welcoming and an absolute credit to the hotel. He was very friendly, very efficient nothing was too much. He turned our day right around. The afternoon tea was absolutely delicious, you do not need to est before you come! We will definitely be back.

Does everything it says on the label. My 74th birthday could not have ended better. Shame The Leaf doesn’t do a souvenir to remember a lovely experience

We went to The Leaf for High Tea after touring Windsor Castle. It was a wonderful experience for our first time. The setting was beautiful, the teas and food were very good. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful presented afternoon tea. Range and quality of the food was outstanding. Staff were friendly and attentive without being intrusive. A wonderful treat for a celebration! The only criticism is the price of the water, which seemed excessive. Otherwise, the afternoon tea was good value.

We had been wanting to try Leaf for some time. The most expensive coke zero...£4 for 200ml. Basically just over half a regular can. The camembert was acceptable...could have been warmer. The accompanying bread was good. Enjoyed it overall. The sirloin steak was very tough and chewy. Not acceptable for an establishment like Castle Hotel. Lovely to sit outside adjacent to the road.
