Very slow both with service and getting food cooked. Had much better tasting food elsewhere for the price.

Our table was ready at specified time. Our waitress was wonderful. Great food. One of our steaks was not cooked to our liking but the waitress noticed it and got another one out very quickly. One of our favorite places to eat!

Ended up having to eat there alone (sister bailed on me). Friendly waitress helped a lot. Food was okay, service very good.

The salad was poor quality and I didn’t get my bread stick However , the best french onion soup I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time I’ll be back for the french onion soup Our waitress was amazing

We love Friday's but this is the second time that we have had poor service at the location in Hagerstown. Our waitress did not fill our drinks until we were well done with our food. She did not come by to check on us, if she did she would have known that one of us (party of 4) never received our food and another one of us did not get what they asked for. The manager was accommodating.
