   Pasta dishes were excellent. We sat outdoors, which was very convivial. Excellent service. Will definitely visit again.

   We had a really sweet meal at the new IE. Food was really good; service even better. I love how you can change your pasta for the dish.

   The restaurant itself is lovely, the wait staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the food was gorgeous and soooo good. The Mushroom Cappelletti was lip smacking good.

   It's just not great anymore. The new owners just can't get it right. The dishes have changed, and not for the better. The mussels used to be fantastic, in a light broth. Not anymore. The mushroom cappelletti just doesn't blend like it used to; had a distinct citrus taste tonight. The bread in the bread basket was hard and dense, possibly stale? Reminded me of something I'd eaten in the Swiss Alps for breakfast before a day of skiing. Or something you'd made in a bread machine. Just way. Too. Heavy. Even the butter has changed. Not sure I'll come back. Sad to say after years and years of this being my favorite restaurant. But no more. It's a shame. Feels like I've lost a friend.

   Great to be back at Italian Eatery. Super service—thanks Ben. Special thank you to the lovely young woman at check-in who learned we were celebrating an extra special birthday and let our server know. Started with the burrata/prosciutto/ fig jam. Delicious, as was the apple root salad. A couple people had the mushroom capaletti and others had the parpadella—both were outstanding! Great chocolate olive oil torte.

   First time eating there. We will be back. Home made pasta was excellent. My wife had a very nicely proportioned and very nicely cooked piece of halibut. Excellent service. Nice outside area to eat in on a nice evening.

   Feels a lot like the old ie in a good way. Many of the same menu faves. Good portions. Ambiance is a bit meh. Dim the lights and put on a sophisticated dinner music playlist. Mariah Carey and Diana Ross and the Supremes do not say upscale Italian. Otherwise a solid four stars.

    The food was exceptional. The server gave me a great wine recommendation that paired very well with my pasta dish. Everything was wonderful!
