   We were so excited to try this new restaurant in my old hometown. Unfortunately it really did not live up to the hype. I have actually never written a negative review in my life, but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth, and wishing I had never gone. The server, who I believe was an owner, oddly ridiculed our guest, more than once, about her food choices. Our guest was very polite about the interaction, but we were all left uncomfortable and when the server returned, she continued to be snarky. This was all over not wanting to order the octopus that she was pushing. Perhaps it was just really awkward sarcasm that didn’t land, but we’re from Philadelphia and can certainly handle some ball-busting, but this felt mean spirited and was a bizarre choice for the owner/server to make. I would like to say the food saved the uncomfortable service, but everything was doused in olive oil and there was hardly a vegetable in site. I will say the pasta and the halibut were highlights, but overall the cost to value of this place was not there. It was very expensive for not a lot of oily food. I wish all small businesses in Medford success, including this one, but I will not be returning.

   I can’t say enough good things about Two Fish. If you are lucky to get a reservation, go and enjoy.

   TWO FISH RESTAURANT, WITH THE DYNAMIC TEAM OF MIKE STOLLENWERK AT THE STOVE AND FELICE RUNNING THE FRONT ( AS WELL AS MAKING THE ALWAYS CREATIVE ICE CREAM FLAVORS ! ) , IS ONE OF THE LAST BASTIONS OF CREATIVE FINE DINING ANYWHERE. MANY NEW PLACES COMES AND GO, BUT I LOOK FORWARD TO A WONDERFULL MEAL AT TWO FISH, IN AN UPDATED VERSION OF THE WAY I ALWAYS LOOKED FORWARD TO DINNG AT LE BEC FIN IN PHILADELPHIA, OR LE BERNARDIN IN NYC. BY UP DATED, I MEAN MORE CREATIVE, MORE FUN, AND JUST DOWN THE ROAD IN MEDFORD NJ . THERE IS NO BETTER MEAL OR DINING EXPERIENCE IN NEW JERSEY....OR PHILADELPHIA ...

   Another phenomenal meal and evening at Two Fish! Chef Stollenwerk's creativity with seafood is simply UNMATCHED. Also, his approach of seamlessly incorporating / blending three or four different vegetables into each dish never ceases to impress. The service provided by Felice and her colleagues is consistently flawless -- what a great team!

   Truly one of the best restaurants we have ever been to. We made our reservation 3 months ago and it was worth the wait. The food was incredible...we had the trofie with lump crab and the octopus apps; the Mahi Mahi and skate for entrees; and the butternut squash cake for dessert. Felice was amazing!
