Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We were very happy to hear that Mihn Ho joined as the new general manager. Mihn was at another favorite in Legacy part of Plano, TX. That’s going to great for this location. Lunch was epic with Jeff as our server – as usual. One of the best spots on the Strip.

    The server we had was absolutely amazing. We have no issues with him whatsoever however, I am celiac and very sensitive to any gluten and cross contamination. We’ve gone to this restaurant many times as a go to where I don’t have to worry about getting gluten however last night, I don’t know what I ate at that restaurant, but I became very ill And was sick all night. It was disappointing as I’ve always been so very careful and thought this restaurant was careful too. The only thing I could think of is they gave me a bread basket and said everything in that basket was all gluten-free bread however there was a cracker in there and I assumed it was gluten-free because it was in the gluten-free bread basket, but I’m wondering if that cracker was gluten-free and of course I ate it cause I was excited to get a cracker that I could actually eat and it was good. The ambience the service and my husband and grandson’s food was amazing and again my food was good but there had to be something gluten in that food

    Have been to this location with success in the past if anything could go wrong it happened. If this had been my experience in the past it would not have repeated itself. Poorly prepared food and a manger that behaved in a way that should be terminated. Great brand with disgusting response.

    Outstanding experience, excellent meal. Everything was prepared to perfection. Very enjoyable Father's Day dinner. We were completely happy with the entire meal.

    My experience here was amazing! Service was amazing, our server was the sweetest! I came to celebrate my birthday and everything we ordered was IMPECCABLE! I was so full but wish I could’ve kept eating!! 10/10 recommend!!!

    One of my favorite restaurants it never disappoints. From the food to service everything was amazing. Bryan our server was great, he really took care of us. Can’t wait to go back
