    Another superb experience! The Spring menu has many seasonal delights that we enjoyed. Service was amazing as usual, professional and warm. Michelin should be paying attention.

    Bas Rouge is our first choice to celebrate special events in our lives because it’s always a top-notch dinner out. We are lucky to have such talent in this area- I’m talking about Harley Peet, Executive Chef. The entire staff delivers an elegant, but never stuffy, dining experience. There’s always little unexpected extras to savour.
