    Amazing restaurant. Dinner for 2, shared buffalo kofta terrine, food was perfect: buffalo rib, seafood pot. As it was so good, lunch the following day with halibut and pulled elk tagliatelle, rhubarb crème brûlée. Coincidence, on both occasions we had Cheryl to serve us, very friendly and professional. Highly recommend The Raven.

    We ordered the halloumi sharing board followed by elk tagliatelle and saffron seafood pot. All three dishes were exceptional, so full of flavour. We stayed for two weeks in Canada and the Raven was certainly one of our favourite restaurants. We are only sorry that we weren’t in Jasper long enough to do a return visit.

    A smashing restaurant, Erica was an excellent server, the food was terrific, and it’s very busy giving a great atmosphere. Possibly the world’s greatest potato salad!

    Have been twice in the past and loved it. The food, this time, was tasty but found the schnitzel bland (the lemon helped) and a little tough and somewhat dry. The potato salad was lovely. The seafood pot was disappointing. Though it was tasty with depth of flavor, the amount of seafood was poor. 3 mussels, 3 shrimp, one piece of salmon and 1 piece of somesort of white fish. The menu said it would include scallops, mussels, shrimp, snapper, cod and salmon. The scoop of rice was barely adequate for the amount of broth. More seafood, more rice and maybe bread to dip, would very much improve the dish. The cocktails were good and reasonably priced.

    We had a lovely night at The Raven restaurant. The waitress was very kind and informative. The food was of high quality. The truffle pulled elk tagliatelle melted away on your tongue. Def worth a visit in this cosy restaurant at Jasper.
