   Excellent food, from starter to main. A great pint of Guinness and Angelo Poretti aswell. Brilliant Service.

   We could not fault the food or service so it was very disappointing that our anniversary meal was spoiled by the inconsiderate behaviour of certain other customers. The table of 4 next to us were talking/shouting, laughing and swearing so loudly even the waitress struggled to take our order. I am not out to criticise people having a good time and hate those formal places where the silence is deafening but there has to be a happy medium. This was our first visit for several years following a previous similar experience. Were we just unlucky on both occasions? Perhaps we must resign ourselves to the fact that The Crathorne Arms is just not the best choice to enjoy good food in a relaxed but peaceful atmosphere.

   Lovely meal at the Crathorne Arms today for Sunday lunch. Child's portion perfect for those with a smaller appetite, would have preferred a child's size dessert to but I'm probably in the minority for those that want less pudding!

   Food excellent. Service great. The only problem is booking on the Open table App The choice is pizza area, other, restaurant bar. We did not want a pizza so choose the next option that appeared, which it seems still means the pizza area not other food which is how I understood it. This meant the venue was overbooked at our time. Nevertheless tgey found a way to fit everyone in. Food and service were both great. Thank you

   had a 2 course menu £28.00 great food and nice atmosphere good selection of beers. and sat out in the garden worth a visit.
