Lucca's is a fine Italian restaurant and dining experience. With its contemporary aesthetic and modern menu, this Italian bistro has become a huge success. Lucca's has been named The Best Restaurant in Montana in both 2015 and 2016 by Business Insider magazine. This is not only because the food is delicious, but the staff goes out of their way to work with guests. Lucca's proudly embraces those with dietary restrictions and works with those who are eating gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan.Lucca's menu is filled with delicious traditional Italian plates. Some of the most popular starters are the steamed pesto mussels, calamari fritti and the baked fontina cheese with an oven-baked crust and caramelized onion, balsamic reduction and roasted garlic. Entrées range from the lamb strip loin with rosemary feta cheese to the pan seared veal scallopini topped with lemon and a masala wine pan sauce.

We were there for our Anniversary along with our daughter. From the moment we arrived we were and always are greeted warmly. We had asked for the table by the window and loved it because you have a great view of the walking mall. Our waiter JC took our cocktail order and our appetizer order (cherry tomatoes with pancetta in a lovely sauce). Of course there is always their delicious salads and the bread from Park Avenue with great infused butter. We all had something different. Sea bass piccata served over orzo with sun dried tomatoes, veal saltimbocca with the potato cakes and the shrimp and scallops also served over orzo. We ordered a delicious French Pinot Noir that went beautifully with everything. To top it off we had one of their delicious desserts to share. It was a wonderful way to celebrate! Thank you to everyone from Tina, JC and all the staff. Kudos to Chef Michael and the rest of the staff for a great meal!

A group of buddies and I have gone fly fishing the last couple years in Craig. We stay in Helena and are amazed at the quality of restaurants in that small city. Lucas's is a prime example. Each of us were consumed in the ambiance and service provided. The food was exceptional, as was the wine. As long as our annual visit to Helena continues, Lucas's is a do again!

Our experience at Lucca's was outstanding. The wait staff was excellent. I believe JT was our waiters name. He was polite and said the correct things. Which was refreshing. Overall the experience was delightful.

Wife and I had our anniversary dinner here and everything was very good. From the drinks and food all the way to the service our waitress gave us was top notch. Everything we had was very good the food was so good and very delicious. We will be coming back in the future

First time dining at Lucca's. The hostess was super friendly and welcoming. Nicole was our server and helpful in her pasta recommendations. She was very attentive. Food was delicious. One of the best meals we've had while in Helena. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend this lovely restaurant.
