We had our daughters and granddaughters visiting us, so we were looking for a nice steakhouse away from the hustle and bustle of the strip. Hanks proved to be the perfect choice! They found us a perfect table for six, and the team of Claudio, Bo, and Al took exceptional care of us. Claudio explained the menu to us in detail, offering a plethora of choices. Bo showed up almost immediately with cocktails, and Al ensured that the bread, water glasses, and accouterments were never in want. Despite the impeccable service from this trio, the food was even more impressive. Everything was prepared to perfection, and our group was universally pleased. The atmosphere was lively with people obviously enjoying themselves, yet the noise level was conducive to conversation. If you are searching for an up-scale location that is off-strip, Hank's will not disappoint!

We have been to Hanks many times over the years. Usually wonderful but there have been a few misses. Last night was one of them. I ordered a steak without pepper ( allergic) and when I took a small bite and there was pepper on it (as I immediately teared up). I gave it to another person at the table to take a bite and confirm. The first resolution by the kitchen was trying to get the pepper off, which of course wouldn’t remove it as it permeated into the meat. The Manager came over and offered to make a new steak, which was appreciated but it took half an hour to get it and it was overcooked. I know the manager did her best and they offered a dessert but it was a disappointing.

The food was great, the host and our wait staff were fantastic. I had an issue at the end of the meal with the guest count on my check and the manager, William refused to fix it. Furthermore, he addressed the issue by lying about Hank’s guest count process in general. He (William) is the sole reason for a negative review.

One of the best meals and service we've had at Hank's in awhile. Trevor the main waiter/captain was excellent. We ordered surf and surf, lamb chops, Caprese salad, oyster Rockefeller, and many side dishes. All were excellent. We celebrated my husband's birthday. He truly enjoyed every course of the meal. The birthday cake board filled with ice cream, fried oreos, chocolate covered strawberries and peanut butter chocolate cake was awesome, delicious and very thoughtful! Thanks for an excellent service Trevor!

I enjoy going to Hank’s. However, I was disappointed with the crab cakes. Too spicy for me. I enjoy the onion soup. We took the our cousins there and they really loved the food. There from Phoenix’s.
