   Arrived greeted well ordered food at 19.15 sat and waited another couple came in put there order in we waited some more the couple who came in after us was served . Waited again after 45 minutes the boy behind the bar came and said sorry for the weight they had an issue with the ticket machine, I said ok then they brought out food for another couple who came in after us we was told they are doing it now waited till 20.25 still no food so we got up and left

   This was a special lunch to thank my editors who were visiting from Leeds for my book launch this week. It was important to me that the meal should go well. I need not have worried. The food was excellent and nicely presented. Everyone was happy with what they ordered. I had the trout, which was yummy. My husband and I will certainly book again.

   Lovely quaint little pub, very nice inside. Nice service. Unfortunately food was a bit lacking - roast was quite small and not very warm, one meal came quite late.

   Hi Laura, This is quite surprising to us as the team members that checked back on you believe you said everything was lovely. If this wasnt the case we could've done something on the day by either replacing your meal or adding extras in for you.    This was a return visit to Three Tuns and we had a very pleasant meal in the traditional, friendly pub. Staff were welcoming, polite and friendly. Food was tasty, well presented and enjoyed. Desserts also. Three Tuns have thought about every aspect of their guests visit and I was very impressed with the thought put into the care products in the ladies toilets and the thought provoking posters encouraging women to care for their health. Well done Three Tuns.

   Fantastic Sunday lunch - one of the best we’ve had and we eat Sunday lunch out A LOT. We arrived during the mid afternoon lull, the pub was pretty quiet with no one inside and a few tables taken outside. The welcome was lacklustre and not particularly welcoming. Outside front tables were not cleared for the hour we sat outside. Rear beer garden could be lovely but was over grown with lots of dead pot plants. Overall the Sunday lunch was exceptional and we would return, but would hope that the care and attention being put in to the food is also cascaded to staff enthusiasm and training.

   Thanks for such a lovely review on our food. As we are only just coming out of winter we expect the flowers will start to bloom soon, as our regualr gardner has informed us. In terms of staff enthuiasm, I shall speak to the staff that was on. This is quite an unusual comment for us as you can see from the other comments so I will make sure we get down to the bottom of it. Thanks again.

   We have dined here a few times. The food is delicious and well presented. The staff are good and the atmosphere is welcoming

   Lovely pub, very warm welcome, dog friendly, good selection of drinks and the food was excellent. Recommend the pies and lamb rump. Really very good.

   What a fantastic experience for the Mothers Day meal. Everything about our time there, food, service, cost, etc was outstanding. I took my mum and daughter, my daughter tried something new with the starter and really enjoyed it. My mum even got a Mothers Day gift, such a great little touch. Thank you team The Three Tuns, it truly was amazing xx

    Mother’s Day lunch for 4 adults and a hyperactive toddler. Food was fantastic, very well cooked and tasty. Really friendly staff, nothing too much trouble. Gifts for toddler and 2 mothers ! Would highly recommend.
