   I am absolutely appalled at my experience at this restaurant. Our server was very inattentive, large portions of time when there were no gauchos roaming the restaurant serving the guests, and the worst of it, most of the meat that came out was RAW, not rare, RAW. As I usually do at this establishment, I ask for a particular type of meat which was going around the restaurant, but to no avail. For the sausage in particular, I saw it go around the restaurant a few times, but it never made it to our table. I never complain to managers, but this evening was so out of control, that I did. I spent $225 for a party of three, and I expected a lot more than what I got. The manager seemed as though he was somewhat concerned, but in the end, it didn't make any difference in our experience, as they continued on with the same lack of service. I even pointed out to the manager that at that very moment he was with us, there were no gauchos on the floor and all of them were in the kitchen. Save your money and go somewhere else. Heck, outback would have been better, and at a fraction of the price. In the end, I paid in full for this disappointment, and included a 20% tip, because that wasn't why I complained, I just didn't think that in today's economy it was something to sit silent about, just grinning and bearing it.

   We had been here many times in the past, but last night, the food was absolutely perfect in the service was fantastic

   We went to celebrate my sons birthday. The service was great but the salad bar was lacking and the meat was extremely “fatty” and the filet piece were the size of a nugget. I would not return. Disappointing as my previous experiences with this chain were much better

   Hello recently visted store in Sawgrass mall for Mother’s Day . First of I’m not sure what menu item was different for Mother’s Day then any other day!? There’s was no lobster bisk, no fish stew , no potatoes in cream i asked several times for the items to be put on. But after going back 3 times to check we gave up on looking . The tables are very close to each other and could not walk through them despite us having a compact stroller . The service felt rushed. We also wanted to have 4 more guest join our party but was told absolutely not by the waiter and that there was a 3 hour wait . Lastly , the only meat we received was picana and Parmesan chicken , no fillet was offered or any other cut of meat. The meats were very salty so much so that my wife even had to drink water in between her meal. Which i have never seen her do as she never drinks water with meals for health reasons. Overall bad experience and we left sadly disappointed.

   Went for a birthday celebration as we do every year. There were eight of us dining. We did have a reservation and was seated immediately. Unfortunately, we had to wave the server down to order drinks, to get an order of complimentary cheese bread, to remove dirty plates from the table. The meat quality and or flavor has drastically reduced. We used to rave about how good the food is, not so much anymore. The salad bar and the lobster bisque were amazing.
