Liquid Assets is a combination of International and Pacific Northwest cuisine, which comes together in the form of a modern and exciting menu. An array of locally sourced ingredients provides the kitchen and bar with the elements to create a dining experience you will not soon forget.

Liquid Assets provides an environment of refined elegance in a relaxed atmosphere. Our menu provides options ranging from small plates for a nibble during happy hour, to a full dining experience.

During the summer, we are open Monday-Thursday 4-10pm and Friday and Saturday 4pm to at least 11pm or when the last play lets out. Our full menu is available all night. Happy hour is daily with food and drink specials from 4-5pm.

We eat dinner at Liquid Assets every time our daughter visits. She is celiac and Liquid Assets is a safe and delicious restaurant for us to dine. We especially love the burgers, which are fabulous. This time we also had dessert - the brownie and the lemon tart. Both were wonderful! During our recent visit we had a great, reassuring conversation about the safety of their kitchen with regards to gluten contaminaion with the owner/manager, who was so kind and understanding. I would recommend this restaurant for anyone, but for someone who cannot eat gluten, it is excellent. Lovely atmosphere, terrific food and thoughtful, personal service!

A great way to spend a couple of hours in Ashland when you don't have to rush to the theatre. The simple menu is excellent and they have a fine selection of wine, beer and cocktails.

The staff were very accommodating in providing us with a quiet room off the main restaurant. The restaurant was busy, and they were very gracious. When we go to Ashland to see plays, Liquid Assets is one of our stops!

Ate here with husband before a play. Good service, nice selection of wines by the glass. I had the Spanish Tapas plate, husband had the cheese plate. Both very good and large enough to do for a light dinner. Price reasonable. Will return.

The only hang up was that our appetizer order didn't make it to the kitchen so we waited longer for it (which only seemed long because we were all two drinks in;) but they may have been due to the staff change in the middle of our being there. Otherwise all staff were friendly and engaging. food was excellent as usual.

Intimate setting...excellent service. Enjoyed selection of background music. Really appreciated Denise’s recommendations for food and wine pairings. She made our experience so much more! Highly recommend Liquid Assets!
