With great attention to detail, star chef Christian Sturm-Willms combines Japanese elements with those of modern Mediterranean cuisine. Its balanced combination of different flavors makes its dishes a taste experience. The critic Gault Millau describes the dishes of Christian Sturm-Willms like a Japanese ink drawing, "which creates whole landscapes through a few clever brushstrokes.” The YUNICO has one of the most extensive sake selections in Germany as well as fine wines that complete the offer perfectly. The menu has 3-6-course meals on offer or you may dine à la carte.

With a new interior design and the large rooftop terrace overlooking the Rhine valley, the YUNICO offers an exclusive ambiance. For Christian Sturm-Willms and the restaurant manager Melanie Hetzel their work is their hobby and that's what makes every visit to the YUNICO a very special experience.

Der Abend im Yunico war erneut ein besonders Erlebnis- "ein" Michelin-Stern ist mehr als berechtigt. Die Produktqualität, die Präsentation der Speisen und der komplette Service ist wirklich hervorragend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren nicht zum ersten Mal im Yunico und hatten einen Anlass den wir dort gebührend feiern konnten. Wir haben nichts auszusetzen. Es war alles dem Niveau des Hauses angemessen. Kreative Küche, die handwerklich erstklassig umgesetzt wurde. Höchst anspruchsvoll, aber nicht überkandidelt. Sehr gute Beratung in Sachen Wein. Auch hier nicht überzogen, sondern spannende Neuerungen. Alles in allem ein Restaurant für Menschen, die zu schätzen wissen, was man ihnen kredenzt und die in angenehmer und entspannter Atmosphäre hervorragend essen möchten. Bitte weiter so.

Hohe Kunst, wirklich wunderbar. Ausbalanciert, perfekt serviert. Einziger minimaler Kritikpunkt wäre die musikalische Untermalung.

Ich hatte das große Menü. Es ist eine tolle Erfahrung, so viele hier weitgehend unbekannte Zutaten in so gut abgestimmten Essen serviert zu bekommen.

Herausragendes Menü und überdurchschnittlicher Service. Gut sortierte Weinkarte und sehr gute Beratung- genau meinen persönlichen Geschmack getroffen. Falls ich wieder in Bonn bin, werde ich dieses Restaurant sofort wieder besuchen. Ein Erlebnis.

Es war wie immer ein wunderbarer Abend mit vielen überraschen unvergesslichen Geschmack, Erlebnissen. Wir kommen sehr gerne top service freundliche Menschen begegnen einem hier. Einfach komplett ohne jegliche Kritikpunkte.

Rundum ein toller Abend! Herzlicher Empfang. Aufmerksamer und persönlicher Service in sehr ansprechendem Ambiente. Das Essen war hervorragend präsentiert und einfach nur köstlich. Omakase in der 4-Gang-Version ergänzt durch 3 Grüße aus der Küche (fast schon in der Größe eigenständiger Gänge) und hausgemachte Konfiserie zum Abschluss. Vielen Dank für den schönen Abend!
