Das Essen war lecker und ist eine klare Empfehlung. Ich hatte mir vorher Bewertungen durchgelesen, bei denen oftmals die lange Wartezeit bemängelt wurde. Das war bei uns nicht der Fall. Verbesserungsvorschlag: Der Tresen, welcher außen am Eingangsbereich steht, sollte weggeräumt werden, wenn keiner da ist, um dort die Leute in Empfang zu nehmen. Es ist für die Besucher nicht ersichtlich, dass erst im Innenraum die nette Dame steht, welche die Plätze zuweist. Wir haben draußen gegessen und ich habe sicherlich 5 bis 6 neue Besucher(gruppen) darauf hingewiesen, dass sie reingehen müssen :-) Zusammenfassung: Wir kommen wieder, wenn wir in der Nähe sind.

Wir haben-trotz geringer Auslastung über 1 Stunde auf unser Essen warten müssen. Dabei stand es schon lange auf dem Tresen unter einer Wärmelampe. Auch Rückfragen nach weiteren Getränken wurden nicht gemacht. Das Personal war nett, aber die letzten Male, die wir hier gegessen haben, war der Service viel besser.

Top Service - blonder, junger Mann ! Steaks, Beilagen und Desserts sehr gut. Nähe der Lanxess-Arena, was sehr praktisch ist.
