   We had a fantastic meal at Smiths of Bourton! The burgers were absolutely amazing — juicy, perfectly cooked, and packed with a delicious mix of flavours, you can really tell they put thought into every ingredient. The atmosphere was great, the staff were friendly and welcoming — and we even got to say hello to two pretty, fluffy cats! A real gem

   We needed somewhere that was safe my son to eat, he needs Gluten free. I searched on some coeliac Facebook pages and many people recommended Smiths. When we got there we were listened to and taken seriously. The waiter took our order and came back a few minutes later to say that something containing gluten had accidentally been dropped into the gluten free fryer. That meant that the tots were unavailable to him, we decided that a double burger in GF bun was the way to go. I can’t express how much I value their honesty. The food was an absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was perfect. It’s a little hidden gem in a beautiful place. The staff are so polite and clued up. I will definitely be back when we visit the Cotswolds again and I will posting on the coeliac pages on Facebook to let others know that this place is great for gluten free.

   Staff was very pleasant, food amazing, just awesome burgers. . Service too slow to bring 3 tins of beer and a cider but otherwise very good serving food !!!

   Have now been 3 times since moving up this way!!!!incredible service always a nice greeting from the main man,food is outrageously good it gets better every time...always a great playlist in the background and a really great chilled vibe 😀

   Who knew you could get a top-notch beef burger, and a memorable tasting veggie burger across the pond?!?  This is your place if you have a hankering for either along with tasty french fries.

   Although the restaurant will say I have no proof and I don’t have time for gathering proof, 3 out of 4 of us that had chicken were Ill during the night, bad stomachs, cramps and were unsettled, I tasted the chicken that my son had as he didn’t want it and 1 bite in I knew it didn’t taste right so I put it down and the big black vein running through didn’t sit right, smelt abit funny aswell. My son is too young to tell me it didn’t taste right, my daughter said it tasted abit funny and then my partner agreed it wasn’t the best quality. My burger was good, partners burger was good but the kids chicken strips meal were not good and coming in at £80+ for 2 kids, 2 adults meals I expected better. Won’t be returning, thankyou.

All of our meat, including chicken, is sourced from trusted suppliers and cooked to safe temperatures. We’re regularly inspected and are fully compliant with all relevant health regulations. Veins in chicken, while unappealing, are natural and not harmful. It's concerning nothing was mentioned during your visit, as we’re always happy to address issues in the moment.    Really nice pleasant and chilled out staff the restaurant is very nice and dog friendly And the food is as good as you expect. But don’t take my word for it head on down there you won’t be disappointed,

   Incredible! We drive 1.5 hours to visit Smith's, and it was 100% worth it. Staff were great, as was the overall vibe of this place. We had the Mr P burger, Signature chicken burger, mac & cheese with truffle oil, and truffle mayo & parmesan fries. Side note, we did actually order the loaded truffle shuffle fries so it arrived incorrectly, but after seeing how good the delivered ones looked and smelled we didn't raise it as an issue. All the food was delicious, albeit quite rich (specifically the Mr P and the mac & cheese), but again this is just a side note rather than a complaint so others know to expect it. Would definitely recommend this place, and we'll be back to try more of the menu!

   Amazing food. Great drinks. Service was top notch. Great awareness of celiac disease. Loved ending dinner with a bit of ice cream.
