The cuisine at Langdon Hall starts with looking out our kitchen windows. It is inspired by the seasons, wild produce growing in abundance on the property and the bounty of our kitchen gardens. Relationships have been built with our community farmers, foragers and artisans who hold similar beliefs of providing wholesome natural products that have been prepared with care and respect.

We create dishes with purpose, embraced with a story behind each relationship and provide a taste of the terroir of Langdon Hall. All the ingredients combined, create an experience like no other, so grand, so captivating that it is impossible to forget. As the seasons change, the menu changes to reflect the reaps of the harvest.

    The Langdon Hall Grand Tasting Menu is a specially curated selection of dishes you won’t find on our à la carte menu. In honour of his 10th anniversary at Langdon Hall, The Grand Tasting Menu is Executive Chef Jason Bangerter's most elevated and exciting menu. Due to the nature of this menu, no substitutions or modifications can be made. The 9-course tasting menu is $295.00 + taxes and gratuities per person. Two wine pairing experiences are available alongside your tasting menu. Should you wish to enjoy a wine pairing with your meal, you will have the choice between The Globetrotter at $160.00 + taxes and gratuities per person, or World Classics at $300.00 + taxes and gratuities per person.

                                                  Do the discovery menu! One of the best dining experiences we’ve had. Everything was exceptional: the grounds, decor, service, even a live pianist softly playing while you dine. The food was outstanding, every detail on point right down to their homemade butter. If you’re considering the Discovery Menu, do it, it’s worth it.

                                                  Beautiful place. Awkward timing of service. Took forever to get a cocktail in a pretty empty dining room. I had asked to have some time to enjoy it before my first course, which I wanted to pair with wine. Of course, it arrived at the same time as my risotto, so I put it aside until after lunch. Wonderful spring risotto paired with a gorgeous Chablis (thanks to sommelier for suggestion). It would have been nice to have a bit of bread to mop up sauce. Bread came with mains. Short rib was okay. My friend’s chicken was great. Blueberry pie for dessert wasn’t really pie and was underwhelming.
