3rd time going and the food again was a complete let down.... Wasn't just me everyone said it all 6 of us at the table and we won't even talk about trying to get parking around the hotel

Food was lovely except the starter very disappointing. Ordered the ciabatta and dips, and flat garlic bread and dip. Flat bread was not garlic no taste of garlic. Ciabatta was nice and warm same as you do in oven at home. Dips were disappointing I’d say just out of carton. Main courses and deserts were lovely.

Lovely food and great selection of cocktails. A little on the pricey side for food but somewhere that is good for a special occasion as a result. A few more vegetarian options on the menu would be nice too.

The staff here are so lovely and the venue is 10/10. But the food is really poor. The pizza felt like a frozen pizza you would get a bowling alley and the steak had zero flavour. Such a shame for the price paid.

Note: Somehow the review says Dublin, but I dined in Cork. It was 'ok'. The waitress that took our order, we never saw again. Someone different brought our food. No one came to ask if all was OK after our food arrived. The place was dead quiet at 1pm on a Sunday (June 8th, 2025), which we thought was strange. Lots of young staff trying to look busy but not really interacting with customers. Food was OK - we had the grilled chicken sandwich and the beer burger - the burger was a little dry. The venue is lovely but I think some staff training is needed to ensure customers are satisfied and feel welcome.

Swift lead to table and drinks order, but no Bloody Mary's ,, REALLY.. 🙄. 35 mins between order and served. 3 orders cold. Asked a staff member for a pen, to send a message to SOPHIES, it took 10 mins for her to return.. the restaurant was not too busy, (12pm Sunday). I had 8 diners at the table and honestly, not one of us will return.

Its a great upscale restaurant, nice atmosphere but in Cork menu has been limited and food did not taste great.

Food options were limited and food lukewarm when arrived. Service was poor, had to remind staff we needed cutlery twice and they forgot the dessert order.
