   Delicious food with amazing presentation. The service as always was first class. Couldn't believe it was the young waiter's first service, he was exceptional, so polite. Can't wait for our next visit in September.

   A dining experience to remember! From the moment we walked in, it was clear this was going to be something special. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the staff attentive without being intrusive, ensuring our every need was met. The food was outstanding. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. You could tell that only the freshest ingredients were used, and the attention to detail in each course was second to none. Drinks were expertly crafted, and the dessert was the perfect sweet finish to our meal. Whether you're celebrating something special or just looking for a top-tier dining experience, this place delivers on all fronts. I can't to return!

   Have dined at Sutherland house before, so we knew to expect a great meal. We weren’t disappointed!!! Kinga conjured up flavours and textures that have to seen (well eaten actually) to be believed. As a vegan I’m used to being a bit of an afterthought in restaurants, but at Sutherland House the plant based offerings are just as special as the rest of the menu. Highly recommend a visit to this exceptional restaurant!!!

   Absolutely delightful, fresh food prepared beautifully and with innovation. The mackeral starter was a vusion as well as as delicious, as was everything. Well-crafted wine list. Owners oversee everything, (1 in the kitchen, the other in the dining room), with warmth and attention to detail. It's in the oldest building in Southwold and being taking care of with respect and affection. A lovely restaurant not just 'for special occasions'- any reason will do. Book it!

    We had a lovely meal - delicious flavours and textures with some favourites (bread and butter pudding) as well as some new ones (rounded off with a lovely malt). Service was friendly, relaxed, and ensured we had a really good evening so we sauntered home relishing a mild Spring evening in Southwold.
