True Food Kitchen is always a great option, with a great selection of quality fresh ingredients. They can always extract great flavors from the ingredients. I wish I lived closer... Service is always very good, with well trained and nice waiters.

My friend and I enjoyed lunch at True Food Kitchen and it was delicious. We made reservations ahead of time using Open Table and when we arrived, I mentioned we had reservations and were immediately seated. Our server was GREAT! She offered a few suggestions and answered our questions. We each ordered the Spaghetti Squash Casserole which is my favorite item on the menu! We also each ordered a side salad to enjoy before the main dish and my friend also ordered sweet potatoe chips which we both enjoyed and shared. What a lovely way to spend the afternoon having lunch here, wish you would open one on the west side of Phoenix (Surprise area!) someday?

A lot has changed there. We ordered guacamole app and it had no flavor. Totally different then delicious one they had in the past. Then they had jalapeños from a jar as topping. The chopped salads used to be so delicious but had a lot of bad romaine in it. The spaghetti squash entree has gotten so small now. It’s disappointing since it’s a staple I’ve always loved to dine it. The quality of food has changed tremendously.

You can always count on True Food Kitchen to be fresh and absolutely delicious with fantastic service on every visit! My favorite drink is the Rx Hangover and my favorite meal the Ancient Grains bowl with grilled chicken, although everything here is wonderful. My husband had the Meatloaf which he loved and my teenage daughter was delighted with the pesto pasta. Dessert here is always so good with new selections and we finished with a chocolate peanut butter torte, absolutely delightful!

True food is consistently a perfect 10! My family is very concerned about sticking with nutritious options while eating out. True Food is one of the only seed oil free restaurants around, that is very important to us. The quality and taste of food are top-notch and we have zero guilt with dining out.
