We had a horrible experience on Sunday. The drinks tasted bad (how do you mess up a bloody mary?) and the service was slow. They did remove one of the drinks from the bill only because I gave it back to the waiter.We had to ask for plates to eat appetizers on and we asked for salt and were given an empty salt shaker. Three of the four brunch items were cold (cold pancakes are horrible). We made the waiter and manager aware of all of these problems and while they offered to reorder the food, the amount of time it took to get the original order was too long for us to wait again. The restaurant was only about 1/3 full. This is very disappointing as I went to this establishment several times before Covid and it was wonderful. We will not be going back.

Overall we were pleased. When we were seated at our table - the floor was wet surrounding the tables and I almost fell so that was frightening. We moved ourselves to another section of the restaurant and the wait staff - particularly Trey - were very kind and supportive. Our food choices were very good - despite the price increase since we were there last year. We ordered the ice cream for dessert and it was almost completely melted and bearly a spoonful so they kindly removed it from our check. Trey was a wonderful waitress and was very accommodating and considerate of our needs/request.

Our server was so friendly, quick and just amazing! The food was good, the only thing was that it was really hot outside and there were not many fans outside. However we decided ourselves that we wanted to sit outside on this hot day. We have been here many times and will definitely go back!

I love everything about True Foods Kitchen. It’s perfect for any occasion. They have outdoor seating along with normal dining areas and bar seating as well. Plus the food is amazing with a variety of eating options including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free!

The best "simple" Margarita and turkey burger I've ever had! The Wild-Caught Tuna Poke Bowl was fresh and perfectly-seasoned. Our server was exceptional (wish I could remember his name!) -- just a delightful and professional person. Our family has not dined at True Food Kitchen in years but after our experience yesterday, we will put the Lenox Square location into our regular rotation!
