   We attended the quiz night, which always promises to be a great evening. The staff are attentive and friendly. Food is delicious and with a great choice of cheeses.

   Never going again. Booked a table but after 10 minutes was made to share and then moved so another group could have our booked table! They are not interested in the customer experience as they also moved twice another table. All the while inconveniencing people around us. Horrible night made to feel unimportant like herded sheep. Do not go here!!!! There are much better places than this to go in Stortford who value their customers and care about their experience.

   Always a good experience at Bishops Cave. We were pleased that we got the table in the window. Seats are high otherwise. A challenge for over 60's Wine is superb with a great choice. We love the mixed platter and a good choice of cheese from the deli counter. Scotch eggs were dry. Friendly, helpful staff as always

   Bishops cave was a wonderful experience. Excellent service, food presentation and quality outstanding. Highly recommend for an intimate dining occasion.

   Absolutely love going to bishops cave always has been one of my favourites , wine selection is brilliant as is the cheese . Lovely staff always helpful and nice !!! Will be going again soon for sure
