It has been a very long time that I has been a big fan of Chef. Honestly I do expect so much more than what I experienced. 1. Ramsey gin drink was 5/5 it was delicious. 2. Honey carrots were ok, I like my food hot and it didnt feel like it was. Taste 3 stars. 3. Scallops, it was undercooked 100%, we didnt make a fuzz because we oftenly go to Japanese restaurant and that was how they served, but from the show I have seen, I am sure it should be served 100% cooked. 4. My favourite turned out to be Chicken butter - it wad tasty! the rice and roti were perfect and tempature was great. 5. The famous beef wellington! My bf digs it he love steak, for me Im more of medium steak peoson so I gave him 3 pieces and I had just 1, I wosh they were hotter but tasted good. Overall I was looking for a WOW but I didnt get that feeling. Sorry Chef 🥲

lukewarm mushy peas had to ask for drinking water beer poured with nearly 3inch head salt grinders empty x 3 try's predinner drink glasses and used plates not cleared even as we left butter solid no interest in checking if we wanted desserts or coffee no offer of predinner drinks..had to call someone over staff standing around talking lack of interest by staff lost the company money and recommendation. For guests who have worked and run many businesses, including Peninsula Hong Kong, Sheraton Perth and others including in Dubai and Abu Dhabi this was a disappointing experience.

Had an incredible dinner at Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen at EmSphere. Everything we ordered was absolutely phenomenal, and the service was first class from start to finish. The team really made the night special. Chef Ramsay should be proud—I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Bangkok.

We’ve been to the Singapore resto and now in Bangkok. It is truly an amazing experience to dine here. While they are known for the Wellington, for us the star is always the Dry aged rib eye. Perfectly cooked as medium, the meat is so buttery and soft. Plus the service is top notch. Kudos especially to TK and Wanda.

I‘ve to say, beef Wellington was absolutely delicious. I wasn’t disappointed at all. The waitresse who took care of us, her name is Namphueng, gave us great recommendations and took excellent care of us. I'm very impressed.

Food was nice, design and soft music great. Staff amazing. However, the air-con is so cold that staff have to try and move customers to the least coldest tables (they apologised on arrival how cold it would be - nothing they can do about it). In long sleeved shirt, still cold. Means food goes cold quickly and meant we had no ambition to remain soon as we finished food and went elsewhere for a drink and dessert. Such a shame. Really frustrating!

Exceptionally good staff who definitely make the experience very enjoyable. Fast table service in between courses, food was very good. Overall a very good experience.
