It seems to have gone down hill-sadly. Waitress managed to spill stuff 3 times!!!! So plates arrived with spilt oil or drinks. We had a bottle of wine which arrive unopened and just plonked on the edge of the table. Our pasta dishes were very average - nothing wrong but nothing to recommend them. I don't know what has happened as I have been several times before

Staff friendly and so welcoming from the moment you arrive. Staff very accommodating and helpful. You are looked after from the moment you arrive, to the moment you depart. Food as always presented lovely and tastes amazing. Noise level in the place is just right, not to quiet.. but not loud so you can hear each other speak. Spacious so you don't feel like eating on top of anyone either. My favourite place to visit in Colchester city centre.
