    Great service, but was quite slow. Walked in starving and the service was slow, yet was still exceptional and for the food prices it wasn’t all that great.

    They have apparently changed owners with a much more streamlined menu but the service and food is still excellent. It is rare you get a view and good food but M&k still delivers.

    The service was excellent and the window table we requested was perfect. The jumbo shrimp cocktail and ahi tuna tacos were great. The lobster bisque was a little salty. My wife’s surf and turf main course was a thumbs up but my steak frites was not worth the $48 I paid. The meat was tough (cooked medium) and I counted maybe 10 french fries on the plate. When a steak frites is $48, I don’t expect to see the bottom of the plate.

    Wait staff was very friendly and area was nice. The food was good but cannot say it was outstanding. My wife ordered the Atomic Horseradish sauce and it was basicly sour cream for $6.00. Will go back but will choose different items on the menu for sure.

    Lovely lunch! The halibut my wife had was juuuuust a bit overcooked but the sauce and mushrooms really made it into an outstanding dish. My filet mignon was flawless, as was the accompanying lobster tail. Services was perfect and the view of Hyde St Pier and Alcatraz is unbeatable.

    Waited over 15 mi for someone to greet us. Server kept disappearing.calamari was tough We told the hostess it was out anniversary and nothing was done at all.

    We had a nice table by the window, as we requested. We ordered our food, but it took forever to get it on the table. We asked our wait person couple of times, but we were given the same answer: the chef has the order, and the food will be out soon. It took an hour before we ate. The dessert was comped by the manager, which was a nice gesture, but a lunch, especially when you have a 5 years old with you, should not take three hours.
