Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     An inviting dining room, with excellent service, and top notch food. Valet parking is a breeze. I’d recommend Capital Grille for any occasion, business or pleasure.

    We throughly enjoyed the experience. This was our 45th wedding anniversary and the staff was wonderful. Mr August Marquardt was perfect in addressing our needs. When we return, we are going to request him as our waiter.

    Had a great experience and food last night at the Capital Grill. Our server, Nacua, was the best and made my birthday dinner a special experience. She went above and beyond with champagne toast for my birthday celebration and provided excellent recommendations! Food is always excellent dining here!
