   Staff took forever to see us let alone serve us. Waitress was busy with other tables only came to see us 4 times in the hour that we were there. A refill on a soda took 15 minutes. Had to find another waitress just to tell her to come check us out because we had been waiting 10 minutes for the bill. Been coming a long time but this was probably the worst of experiences.

   Everything was good, food taste, environment. One minor complaint we had is we asked for lamb chop and beef rib for a couple times but seemed like they are very few. We finally got the lamb chop served but not the beef rib. We also heard from other comments that you need to specifically ask the staff to serve the special meats; they won’t just pass by you. Hope this can be improved in the future.

   On a date with my husband, food was great as always. Customer service was horrible, and not acceptable by a waiter named Madison. We requested a few sauces, never once brought them to the table. We had to ask for some bread and our sides, because after 20 minutes they were still not brought out to our table.  Never offered a refill, totally avoided / skipped our table, the whole time dining there. But she was constantly checking up on the two tables on the side of us. Once it was time to pay, we brought this up to her attention she never once apologized or gave us a reason why. Automatically offered to remove the salad bar off the tab.  Fogo de Chao- Please do better, and treat everyone equally and fair.

   Great price point with amazing quality food of a grand variety. Not my first time with the chain but it was my first time at this location and I was yet again not disappointed walking out of the restaurant satisfied.

   I was overall disappointed with our experience. To start, we were seated in an uncomfortable table that was cornered so one of us was limited on space because we were in the walk way, and I being pregnant, was angled to the wall. Secondly, our waiter did not offer us any different types of drinks besides the water on the table. Considering it was a first time experience, I was hoping for a bit more of an explanation on how the experience works and recommendations. After coming around twice to fill our glasses, he was no where to be found and no notification of him stepping away or another waiter to take over. As far as the food, the menu sells these prime cuts and at no point was I able to try the filet or “prime cuts”. They kept bringing the bacon wrapped chicken and bacon wrapped steak after telling them multiple times no pork. Towards the end of our dinner, we were sitting for about 15minutes waiting for someone to come by for more water, more cuts, and at the end for our check. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience because one it was our first time and we were celebrating our anniversary, and two, it is not an inexpensive meal, so you walk in expecting more especially with the service.

   It’s USD 80 per person for the standard and $100 per person to add a lobster tail or Bone Marriw. We took the $100 pp. we were seated on a make shift table and most of the waiters carrying the food kept passing us but. We had a piece of chicken and a slice of pacana. We asked multiple times to bring different cuts and all what we got is more sausages. We did not have any of the prime cuts (rib eye, lamb chops or anything else). We got fed up from waiting and asking multiple times so we decided to leave. It’s the worst $280 spent. I will write the same comment on their google review. It could have been our location but still they should never do this to a paying customer.

    Fantastic Service but the dry aged meat should be better than what it was presented after all Brazilians deserves that .
