As a team of passionate professionals with a long history in pubs, hotels and restaurants, it is our aim to share our love of food, drink and above all good times with you. Our journeys began in the mid-nineties with all of us having since worked in nearly every position, both front of house and in the kitchens, in some of Scotland’s best hotels, pubs and restaurants. It has taken us to many different parts of the world and all over the British Isles during the last 20 years.

Deciding to turn our vision of the perfect pub & restaurant into bricks and mortar, we chose wonderful Stirlingshire, a captivating part of Scotland that is home to a wealth of incredible foods, food producers, breweries and distilleries.

Since taking over the Allan Park Hotel, we have been working hard to transform the building into a truly special pub, restaurant and coffee house.

    This stately, classical building is home to this restaurant with its casual atmosphere and good food which represents excellent value for money. The staff are welcoming and friendly, and there is no feeling of any need to rush. The Allan Park was busy the day we had lunch there but there was a pleasant buzz and no-one had to shout above others to be heard (the "parrot-house effect"!). Thank you to all staff including those in the kitchen.

    Went for breakfast and regularly go here for this when meeting up with friends. The food and service is always great, hence alwaying coming back! Tend to order the Eggs benedict which is delicious. Central location too, for the heading into town. Would definitely recommend
