Kindling Restaurant is about more than just the food, it is a community of people: staff, customers and suppliers all sharing and celebrating food and knowledge.
Nature writes our menu as the seasons inspire the food we cook.  We promise to entice, surprise and stimulate.

Our Lunch Time offering consists of a Small Plates Menu, alongside larger meat cuts and specials from the board.
Dinner Time offers our new Tasting Menu only, that can be also paired with a wine flight.
A perfect way to experience our MICHELIN Guide Kindling taste.

Chefs and best friends Holly and Toby set out with the simple goal of creating interesting food they want people to enjoy and engage with. Their aim is to bring provenance and integrity to the forefront of their creations, utilising their combined knowledge of preservation and fermentation to make light, fresh dishes packed with flavour.

We are proud to be included in the prestigious MICHELIN Guide, Hardens, Restaurant Guru and many more.

The food is absolutely sensational. Beautifully presented and tastes amazing. The chefs and staff are so passionate about what they do. I would eat here every day if I could.

OMG I have never had such a taste explosion with food like this before. Everything is married together perfectly. Staff so friendly and welcoming, a little pricey but does not disappoint your palate.

Excellent and creative food. Good concept with small plates that can be shared. Good for vegans, vegetarians and non-vegs.

Tasting menu was all very good. Atmosphere was ok, for my preference could have done with a bit lower lighting - felt a bit more lunch time vibes than dinner (but that is just preference). Staff were great - attentive without being invasive. We sat at a table a little away from the counter, I think sitting at the counter may have given a bit more atmosphere and sense of occasion.

It was our second visit at Kindling and as the first time we had a splendid experience. The food is really high level: very elaborated and surprising ingredients. Service was efficient and people are helpful and friendly. One negative remark: the wine-list is of a lower standard compared to the outstanding food.

Went on a Saturday night 19.45pm table. Wonderful food very creatively served. Lovely staff from first greeting to our departure. Friendly but not too chummy in your face. Amazing creations and a fully deserved Michelin award. We will be back to try the lunchtime scene which should be buzzing too.
