The food looks better than it tastes. Portion size doesn’t match the price and it was way too loud. We could barely hear each other at the table. Ambiance was great, but I had to ask for a steak knife. It did not come with the steak I ordered.

We were waiting for our food to be packed to-go. While we were still sitting at the table, a male staff member who was cleaning nearby reached over my food and asked if I was done with it. I could tell he didn’t speak much English, but I kept saying that I was still eating and wanted to keep it. Despite this, he continued to reach over, as if to pick it up. It made me uncomfortable, especially since I was clearly not finished.

Decor was below par, tacky for the prices. First table stunk of rotting seafood or sewage so we had to move. Food was pretty good, they took my steak before I was done eating while I was in the bathroom

Paid a lot of money for mediocre food and poor service , about half of the dishes were not too great, the other have was just good, without anything standing out… seemed like everybody in the establishment was new

Me and my girls really enjoyed our experience. The staff was so accommodating and personable and had great energy. Even with a busy environment they were very attentive. We will definitely be returning

Sandra was an AMAZING server! But the waiting times were very long… to get seated, to get served, and while waiting on our dessert. LONG wait times even when we did make a reservation. Overall, STK Steakhouse is a suggested spot in Chicago! Very beautiful dinner experience!

Food was AMAZING. The service was super excellent. Bootless mimosas exceeded my expectations. Just word class service all around. The host was super compassionate and helpful when I explained to her that I am visually impaired. I was not able to see in the dark part of the restaurant leading to the women bathroom and I needed some assistance. The host held my hand and led me to the bathroom with ease and to safety. She even offered to wait for me as well. This act of kindness did not go unnoticed and it warmed my heart to be treated as a human being. Keep up the great work!!!
