The food was superb but it was a pretty disappointing night. The pub rang us as we were walking in to say our table was running late and they kindly shouted us a round of drinks, as we waited. Hannah was brilliant . The wait took about 30 minutes . Things like this sometimes happen. Given it was a birthday and we had my elderly mum, it was good to finally sit down. Clearly a busy night because we had to ask to order - and our lovely waiter was charming. We were off to a good start. Only problem is we had to wait for the meals - and they arrived about an hour ( or so) later. Our beautiful charming waiter disappeared, I suspect he'd finished for the night but there wasnt a hand over, as we then had to chase up various staff for more water, dessert menus ( which were only given to one table ) and finally the bill. I love this place, it was just a bit of a disastrous night .

I brought two fussy foodie friends to Tuesday Parma night and the service at the bar while we were waiting for our table was exceptional (from Travis). We were early and were after a wine and Travis hunted it down for us. His service was patient and organised. All the staff went about managing a full house of drinkers and diners in the most orderly way you could imagine. When our table was ready, Travis took us to our table and the wait staff took over in exactly the same manner. A great experience for all of us. 👏

We had a large group including youngsters and we were allocated a private room which worked so well with the kids. Staff amazing and everyone was more than happy with the dishes they chose. Highly recommend this hotel.
