Family-owned and operated for more than 116 years, Columbia has earned acclaim for its old-world charm and award-winning Spanish/Cuban cuisine.

Casual attire is fine, but we don’t allow sleeveless shirts on men in the dining room.

Join us for century-old family recipes like Paella a la Valenciana, Roast Pork a la Cubana and fresh seafood specialties.

Don't miss the Columbia’s Original “1905” Salad®, prepared with our delicious, freshly made dressing, a 100-year-old family recipe of fresh garlic, oregano, wine vinegar and Spanish extra virgin olive oil.

Be sure to sample a fine Spanish wine like Montecillo or Campillo.

Relax outdoors in our café or courtyard, or inside our Tapas Bar or Mediterranean-style dining rooms filled with hand-painted tiles and family heirlooms.

    The food is amazing! You can't go wrong with a 1905 salad, but it is hard to choose because everything is so good. Be sure to try their sangria. We ordered Pomano en Papillot and Arroz con Pollo “Valenciana;" superb. This is a great place foe celebrations or a night out with the family. In the past my children have commentd that they have the best grilles cheese (probably because of the fresh Cuban bread). Give it a try & you'll be hooked.

    We had a wonderful time having lunch at the Columbia Restaurant in Celebration, FL. The 1905 salads, Cuban bread, and entrees were delicious. Our waiter was John G and he was very pleasant and helpful. We always love dining at the Columbia Restaurant.

    We have dined many times at this restaurant and have never walked away feeling like we did yesterday. The hostess was rude, never smiled, and it was obvious she did not want to be there. I had requested a table by the window and she sat us all the way in the back of the restaurant until I reminded her I requested a window seating. Service was terrible. I don’t know if he had too many tables or was new and overwhelmed but we waited 10+ minutes before he ever came over to our table after we were sat to even get drink orders. The sangria and the salad were great, of course, but we had the steak sandwich and the meat on it was not good at all.  i’m sure we will eventually go back and try again, but definitely not anytime in the near future.

    Overall was good. Only complaint was my favorite Shrimp Allegio had very tiny shrimp and they were tough. Usually they are large shrimp and tender. Asked our waiter and he brought a new one that was a little better but something has changed, maybe sourcing. Hopefully they are better next time.
