   The food was delicious except broccoli was unedible. Service was fair as it was Mothers Day. We felt like wait servers were under staffed or our server was new. Not sure and we will go again to see if different on a quieter evening.

   The food was very bland and small portions, particularly with the lobster and shrimp pasta which was terrible. The filet minon was the most tasteless filet I've ever had. The pricing for this quality of food is laughable.

   Realizing it was Mother’s Day and busy. We had reservations at 5:30. Seated on time. No service for 15-20 minutes. Took drink order. Waited 15 minutes for it. Ordered appetizers & entrees at same time. Not finished with appetizers and food arrived. No place on table to set it. Salmon was barely warm, dried out. Chicken warm. Sent back. Waited 20 minutes- chicken somewhat warm but salmon again dried out. They took off our bill after double charging for salmon. Very bad experience. We have dined there before but not sure we will return

   Was very very very unorganized spent 2 hours at this location and still got served cold food along with wrong order will not be coming back

   Went on Mother’s Day and was able to get a reservation last minute. The host greeted us and they were able to get us a table pretty quickly upon arrival. Our server was a bit overwhelmed as she got sat 3 times in a row. But when she got to us she was very nice and helpful. Overall our service was a bit slow but the food tasted good. I would say it’s a bit overpriced but still made for a good meal on Mother’s Day.

   Food was good as usual but pretty frustrating to have a reservation and still have to wait more than hour for our table. Holiday so I can understand but seemed like it was just over booked.

   Our party of 8 had a late lunch/early dinner on Sunday, Mother's Day. The restaurant was completely full but that didn't stop our server from being attentive, professional and friendly. I had the Pasta Ala Vodka and it was outstanding. My husband had the chicken marsala and he loved it. Our granddaughter ate every bite of her "kids" spaghetti (she's 5). Pepperoni pizza was yummy as were our other dishes (truffle ravoli, filet medallions, lobster bisque). Highly recommend Brio!

   They failed to bring the Mother at the table her food and did nothing to resolve it other than having her eat after everyone else was finished.

   They overbooked reservations for Mother’s Day and it was mass chaos getting people to leave and seating reservations. Everyone’s reservation was delayed. Once seated, had to ask for bread, asked for steak medium rare and it came out well done, chicken Alfredo noodles crunchy from sitting under lamp to long, and mixed drinks poorly made. Overall poor experience and they clearly can’t handle large crowds.

    Mother’s Day lunch outside in 100* heat. Had a reservation and when we arrived the entrance was packed with people. We were told “people weren’t moving very fast and earlier reservations had not been seated yet”. No timeframe given for when our table would be ready. With four hungry people (2 children) we took the offered patio seating at a cool 100* outside. Mist helped some. 15 minutes for a server to come to the table, another 10 for drinks. Food came in 45 minutes..nothing like eating hot Italian food in the heat. Appetizer never arrived. Table was finally ready 45 minutes after reservation and receptionist had no idea we had been seated. Just an off experience. No apologies from the server or manager, just “thanks for coming”. Wouldn’t have had another option on Mother’s Day weekend so we stuck it out. Good think gelato was next door. Will avoid in the future.
