We used to love Wagyu House — especially when they first opened. The quality was incredible, the meats were melt-in-your-mouth tender, and everything from the sushi to the service felt premium. We went multiple times and were always impressed, so we finally decided to go all in and get the membership. Unfortunately, things have changed — and not for the better. On our second visit after becoming members, we immediately noticed the menu had changed. Our favorite cut, the premium top blade, was no longer offered. The replacement was a completely different experience — tough, chewy, and nowhere near the quality we’d come to expect. We gave other meats a fair try, but none of them delivered that buttery, rich flavor that used to make Wagyu House so special. Even the sushi was noticeably lower in quality; the salmon lacked marbling and freshness. We did the Black Diamond experience expecting a high-end meal, but ended up feeling totally let down — and misled. We weren’t told the menu had changed, so we paid over $260 for what felt like a shell of the former experience. We used to recommend Wagyu House to all our friends, but sadly, we can no longer do so. It’s incredibly disappointing to see such a steep decline in quality, especially after becoming members. We won’t be returning.

The food was really good, but unfortunately, we couldn’t enjoy it the way we had hoped. I had been planning to visit this place for months and specifically chose it for our wedding anniversary, which made the experience all the more disappointing. While I was genuinely excited to finally be there, the service was extremely slow. Most of our food arrived after we had already gotten up to leave. Despite informing the staff three times, there was no effort made to acknowledge or celebrate our anniversary—even though I’ve seen them do so for birthdays. I really wish I had chosen a different place for such a special occasion.

Unfortunately after receiving a text that we would be seated strictly at 9pm due to it being a busy night we didn't get seated until 9:45pm. I had reserved outdoor seating which by the time a table was available we were told its not worth it since the kitchen closes at 10:30. Server was great just wish they would have offered some kind of compensation for all the different delays of the night.

I wanted a more interactive experience as I have not dined at Korean BBQ restaurants much. The food for the grille was good, but the buffet lacked variety and I felt was not well stocked and cleaned. It was a busy time and it felt like they were not keeping up with the flow of patrons for the buffet. The rooftop experience seemed a little chaotic as it began. I wanted a drink and was directed back inside to go to the bar. The transition from dinner to the party was awkward. I’m sure it was a fun experience once it got started, but definitely wait until well after 10 to join the rooftop party.
