Ordered 2 glasses of wine, only got one, as they ran out. Dinner was just ok. And dessert was not set yet, so it was runny. Did get drinks credited. Normally really good, but disappointed with the meal last night. We went there for my birthday.

The staff at Vapiano Toowoomba are outstanding and attentive. The food arrived in a timely manner and everyone was happy with their meals. Would recommend everyone who likes Italian food to check it out. Thank you Joel and your team (sorry if I spelt your name wrong) for a great evening.

Never a bad experience at the Grand Central Vapianos. Joelle always takes care of us, the staff are incredibly friendly. Food was great & the cocktails were even better. The hosts send a complimentary dessert to our table as it was a birthday celebration. Made for an excellent night & worth every penny

My wife and I dined here recently and thoroughly enjoyed our meal, the serving sizes were very good and it was a quiet atmosphere as we dined later in the evening. Of particular note was that the staff were very accommodating to us in response to a couple of unexpected changes to our plans and it was very clear that they had a passion for ensuring customers had both excellent food and an enjoyable experience. Very happy to recommend to people both for the food and the thoughtfulness of the staff.

While the food was really nice, our drinks came after the food and only after i asked someone about it. One of the meals also had to be chased up and came just after the drinks. It was a little disappointing as the drinks only needed to be poured in a glass and brought out. One of the meals (Carbonara) came out barely lukewarm although i didn't mention anything as i was on a tight schedule and couldn't wait any longer.

Great Food and Service Lunchtime Saturday. Joel our server was very friendly and attentive, and the food was amazing. Great flavour, perfectly cooked. Will definitely go again.

Our table was double booked so their solution was to put us outside when it was raining and cold. We were put under the roof with two leaks directly on our chairs. When we requested a move to inside as we originally planned we were told there were no more tables. After 10mins talking to the manager there was a solution to physically move our table into the corner in the hall. This was pretty disappointing as it was my first time going and am in my third trimester so I would have thought they would have taken more consideration with a solution when it is cold and rainy outside. The food was average the rest of the service staff were nice

I ordered the fusili spaghetti bol and asked for no parmasean and paid for mozzarella and it came with parmasean cheese im allergic as i stated when I ordered it, so im definitely not happy about that! It took 25 minutes to get the servers to fix it and bring it back to me, then when I recieved the new one it was cold and had no taste what so ever. My husband had the chili pizza and he said was absolutely delicious. I asked for a jug of softdrink, they didn't give any cups to have it in and just put 2 straws in the jug. I used to love coming here but it has really gone down hill. U can't get anyone's attention like you used to be able to and I've gone at even busier times and not had a problem get staffs help. I will not be back again.

Service and food quality has been deteriorating over the past few years. With our last visit, we waited 45min for our order, (4 people) on a night the place was really moderately busy. Only 3 arrived after 45 min and we waited another 10 for the fourth. The pasta was sticky, not soft and tender and after having to wait an additional 10 min, the fourth dish was missing key ingredients. Was a really disappointing experience, but not the first time we had to wait that long or the food quality being poor. Might be a reason why we dont go there more often.
