On arrival we were greeted by name as I had made the booking, and we were asked where we preferred to sit. A table in the window had just been vacated so the receptionist cleared and cleaned the table for us in a few minutes. We were given a menu to decide whether to go carvery or special meal. There was a short queue for the carvery, with an excellent choice of 4 meats and plenty of vegetables. Drinks were ordered from the waitress Corine. After the mail meal we then ordered two ice cream special, with a choice of several sauces. A very enjoyable experience.
