It was a bit early and not very busy. Staff kind of overlooked us. We waited a long time for our drinks and then to order and obviously they weren’t busy somewhere else. Service can really wreck a great restaurant

Such a pretty space with such undertrained, inexperienced FOH. Made date reservations for two on a mellow Sunday night. Upon arrival a fairly stoic (read: unfriendy) young hostess goes to seat us sandwiched between two family 5 tops. There were three booths open. When I asked if she had anything else available she feigned consideration and then offered a table in the corner sandwiched next to a couple and 3 toddlers. We ended up sitting in the bar. Service was remained just ok. There was plenty of staff working but all of these kids were just moving around without any apparent sense of direction. Dropping off food without interacting with the guests, no touch backs on tables, etc. Just very untrained and well, meh.

I’ve asked this restaurant so many times to lower their lights. This place is blindingly bright, for no apparent reason. It’s bright both day & night. They don’t even lower the lights at night! Ridiculous! If you don’t mind super bright lights and you like healthy food, it’s fine.

Two of us ordered the lasagna, which was cold. We were told that our orders would be redone in 5 minutes. It was much longer to replace the order and the others at our table were done eating before ours arrived. While we were not charged for our meals but it was a disappointing experience. The wait staff was very apologetic.

My experience every time there has been amazing except last night. The menu changed to their spring/summer menu and I am not a fan. It was mediocre at best. I will visit again when the seasonal menu changes. Fingers crossed they hit a home run with me again.
