    特地選擇生日來用餐,但服務人員在整個服務過程心不在焉，詢問問題時也沒有完整回答完就離開，就連最後結帳也是我們主動要走去櫃檯結帳，他雖然有請我們回座位要拿帳單核對，但我們還未回到位置，又被他攔下，直接站在走道核對，整個人匆匆忙忙地。連最後要停車折抵，別的人員還有和客人說明，他拿給我們後就直接走掉，原本覺得莫爾頓是知名品牌，且費用也不低，整個用餐過程完全感受不到服務品質，也感受不到品牌價值，費用和服務完全相反，相同的費用，相信台北還有更好的牛排餐廳，以後不會想再去了

    原以為生日店家有送蛋糕而已，結果還有擺拍道具、壽星專屬的菜單，而且這次剛好兩位壽星，店家還準備了不一樣的蛋糕，非常貼心。中午有午間套餐，餐廳坐落的位置也剛好可以欣賞101美景，天氣很好但不會刺眼(晚上應該更美更浪漫)，很舒服；店員會協助拍照，免費沖洗服務，製作成小卡給顧客帶回去留念，上面還有當日值班人員的簽名，因為本次有兩位壽星也詢問是否可以製作兩份，塗鴉和簽名兩份還不一樣喔，真的很用心。整體的環境、服務、互動、食物，每一樣都表現得優秀，是個非常棒的用餐經驗，很開心過了一個特別的生日慶祝。

    Steak tasted just fine and I’m a a little bit disappointed. I was excepted the surface of the steak is more chracoal and crispy with the dry aging one.Unfortunately,it wasn’t. The service and view was perfect. Friendly for the young kids.

    服務人員態度親切，美味可口，餐點名不虛傳餐廳氛圍週末夜晚氣氛迷人，不虛此行.珍寶海鮮螃蟹餅、凱撒沙拉、龍蝦濃湯、不得不提餐前麵包10分可口，營造整個餐點達到水準之上。

    雖說還是為了舒芙蕾而來，但也點了龍蝦濃湯、希臘沙拉、肋眼牛排、比目魚佐珍寶蟹肉。最期待的是巧克力舒芙蕾！Nancy的服務態度很熱誠，更增添了下次造訪的念頭

    家人生日前往用餐，氣氛好、餐點味道更好。小朋友用餐也都很舒適，缺點就是食物份量對我來說太大，以致於沒辦法點太多種類來品嚐！

    We reserved our seats two weeks ago for my birthday, we are not able to choose a seat that is near the window to watch the night view on the website. When we get there, the waiter brought us to a table that is right next to the toilet, the view was totally blocked, seats and tables were so packed together. The service were fine, but the food quality was disappointing, the steak were absolutely raw inside. The seasoning of the spaghetti was fine, but the texture was too soft. Onion rings was the most disappointing dish among all of them. Most of the main dishes were served in one time, and they are mostly cold. Additionally, they did not provide soup spoon, which is not professional enough for a high-end restaurant. Lastly, the lobster soup tasted so bad, the brandy is too strong, cannot even tasted the flavour of the lobster. Overall, it’s definitely not worth to pay in such a high price for this type of quality of food.

    I probably won't go back. I can really feel the difference in the service now compared to a few years ago when the staff was smarter and provided a much better experience.

    台北101夜景真的太美了！ 店員Min的服務很好！ 他主動告訴我們有外面的露台可以出去拍照， 是一間下次還會想去的餐廳～
