   I would like to give it four or five stars but the water had a terrible taste and smell that somewhat affected the whole experience. If you go just bring your own water and it will be a great experience.

   Gaskins Cabin is one of our musts whenever we are in Eureka Springs. The prime rib and steaks are cooked to perfection. The staff is great and take good care of you.

   Kendra was fantastic and did an excellent job. Timing is everything and I like to finish my salad before my entree is delivered. She was excellent!! Kudos to her and next time we’d love to have her as our server.

   Wish we had gone years ago! We celebrated my husband’s 60th birthday there. The atmosphere, service by Kendra and food were perfect! Prices were very reasonable! We will definitely go back!

   Amazing salad with home made blue cheese dressing, perfectly cooked ribeye steak. Pre meal martini was shaken and had a film of ice and a nice Pinot Noir with the steak. A neat setting in an old trappers cabin that maintains the charm of years ago. Andy was our waiter who has been with Gaskins for over 12 years and has command of the menu and provided options. My wife had Linguini with grilled chicken that looked amazing and she loved it. You cant go wrong here, just make a reservation to insure there will be a table available.

   This place was outstanding!! The waiter was fantastic , attentive and polite. The place was quiet and clean, nice ambiance. And the food was remarkable. We both ordered the Filets and my goodness they were cooked perfectly. And wow were they fast, we were in and out in 45 minutes. Amazing !

    Rustic experience but the food was excellent. Our server was nice and attentive. The only negative was time time between our app and soup and our entrees. Something was going on in the kitchen that caused a delay with all of the entrees. Did not bother us, but it was unusual.
