Our southern-inspired menu has the classic recipes that you crave, and the perfect twist on traditional dishes that are sure to satisfy. Taste our Bourbon Glazed Salmon and Bacon Wrapped Smoked Meatloaf. Or check out our signature Louisiana dishes including Jambalaya or Shrimp and Grits. Our meats are smoked in our Ole Hickory Pit Smoker and everything in between is made in our scratch kitchen. Our rubs and sauces are all our own recipe. Incredible smoked meats and great bourbons are what we're made of.

We ate on a Sunday and they only had the breakfast buffet. We did not enjoy the buffet, especially at $40 per person. Disappointing.

We loved the brisket from past visits. A bit oversalted this time, made it is hard to finish. Onion rings we great!

Love the long booths. Food tasted great--would recommend the shrimp platter--I had them blackened. The sweet potatoes with cinnamon were yummy. Hint: Don't give your dinner order at the same time you place your appetizer order as your entree will come out too fast.
