I made reservations well in advance for a booth inside for my anniversary dinner with my wife. When we arrived we were forced to sit outside on the street patio. Not what I requested! The server who sat us and took our drink orders left and no one came back for 15 minutes, we inquired about our drinks and were told that the bar tender was busy, but i think the lady who took our drink order forgot to put our drink order in. The server arrived finally and took our dinner order. Again it was some time before anyone came back to our table Our starters arrived before our drinks! The Pan seared Scallop dish was a huge disappointment (we counted 1-1/2 to 2 scallops all cut up into small pieces). The grilled romaine salad had these impossible to eat crusts of some sort (completely inedible!). We were also charged for two espresso's which we did not order (did not notice until i looked at receipt to write this review). I do not know why this place could not deliver the service and food that I expected from a highly recommended restaurant. I will not be recommending this place to anyone.

We ordered several courses and appetisers all of which were beautifully visually displayed. The flavours were outstanding and the non-pretentious Fleetwood Mac playing in the background made us feel comfortable in our cycling formals. Our server was the perfect blend of friendly without being pretentious. Our only complaint is we ordered the chocolate dessert And when it came out, it was actually a once again beautifully visually displayed paint mark of chocolate sauce with berries and no actual chocolate except for a thin biscuit which might normally decorate a cake.It was literally 2 mm x 6“ x 1“. It had the texture of pressed breadcrumbs. The menu said that there were three kinds of chocolate but we could only see this one stick of chocolate. After waiting almost half an hour for the dessert to arrive we were very disappointed that we paid so much for what look like And Andy Warhol expression of dessert. While we were looking for the missing chocolate the Cook came out with a tiny bowl full of broken brownie that tasted about as good as the one bite brownies you can buy in the grocery store. He said “oh sorry I forgot part of your dessert. Not sure what was going on with the kitchen and it put a bit of a damper on the end of our evening. Go for a delicious meal with great service and no pressure to be formal, but don’t order the dessert.

It’s a good dining experience but has lost something from my last visit two years ago. Quality of food preparation and service are still top notch but menu is very slim and creativity is missing in cocktails and availability of drink brands. The Server, Hannah, was excellent, charming and efficient.

First time to Quartermaster in Revi. Great experience: closer to the fine dining end of the Revi restaurant spectrum. The cod and schnitzel plates were excellent. Service was friendly, prompt and knowledgeable.

What a fun night we had touring the newly renovated 11 Experience Hotel, followed by a yummy three course meal at the Quartermaster. The renovations have elevated the hotel and the guests’ overall experience. From the stylish, mountain suites to the fabulous third floor lounge, bar and rooftop deck complete with a sauna and steam room. A basement speakeasy, gym and massage rooms complete the hotel. Winter heli ski guests and summer guests will be well taken care of. A special thank you for the double birthday bubbles 🥂🥂
