Prohibition at the Caverns

Please send the following information to events@hudsonandessex.com after booking or your reservation will not be confirmed/accommodated: All guests' first and last names ( we provide personalized menus ) Which guests, if any, are having wine pairings Any allergies/dietary restrictions and for whom Any celebratory acknowledgements Credit card information is only held in case of cancellation. If cancellation is not submitted within 24 hours of reservation, there will be a fee of $25 per guest charged. Payment for the dinner is made at the restaurant on the night of reservation. Experience an 8 course set menu curated by our culinary team that is sure to tantalize your taste buds and wow you from beginning to end. Wine pairings available as an extra add-on. Price does not include tax and gratuity. A 7% state tax and 20% gratuity will show on your bill at the end of your dinner experience. Our culinary team uses fresh local produce and the highest quality proteins available to create a rotating menu for the "foodie" at heart. You will be enjoying this experience in a comfortable dining setting nestled approximately 30 feet underground in caverns that were hand built in the 1800s. The caverns were discovered by accident while constructing our parent restaurant, Hudson and Essex. It was at that point that we knew we had to repurpose this piece of history into the most unique dining experience in the area.
