Very nice lunch location with friendly, but overworked, wait staff. Menu choices are limited however still worked for us four. While traffic noise from park Avenue is not bad, the ongoing construction at the Waldorff Astoria is really unfortunate. Otherwise I would go back tomorrow.

Music was way too loud hard pulsating Music takes away from the dining experience. Excellent service and very good food but noisy bad music takes away from dining experience.

Had dinner inside with 2 colleagues. We ordered the croquette appetizer. I bit into one of them and it was so hot that I scalded my throat and now have blisters. Maybe a warning about heat next time would be helpful. Service was great, and my burger was really good. Colleagues has mushroom risotto which was delicious, but the portions were way too small. The restroom was totally disgusting and should be monitored a lot more frequently.

Great spot for business gathering. Made a res for outside table in summer. Great food and service.

Concierge very friendly and accommodating on seating option. Interior space selected was spacious and beautiful. Waitress (Dominique) also very friendly, attentive, and helpful. Helped make birthday dinner special offering good cheer to all of our small party of three (and a nice dessert surprise at the end for the now 68 year old birthday boy, me 😊). Glad I selected it for this special time.

Our server took a break for 30 minutes without telling or warning us. Kind of wild TJ be honest. We had to beg someone else to come give us more water and take our main entree orders after we finished our appetizers.

The food was delicious! My salmon caesar salad was perfect! Loved the ambiance and being outside on such a beautiful day :)

Lunch service was a mess. Took over an hour for our meal of two entrees to come out. Repeatedly ask for help from multiple bus boys. Didn't see our waiter for 45 minutes until he asked for our dessert order. Had no idea we never got our dishes delivered. Same thing happened to the table next to us. They comped to whole meal

subpar compared to what it used to be. we sat outside and midmeal a worker grabbed our umbrella and put it at another table. leaving us in blazing sun. he apologized and gave us another one, but still jarring. more jarring was the over salting of my salad. i would have sent it back but we already waited about 20 plus minutes for two salads bc they were out of the salmon i ordered at 115 pm. how is a restaurant of this caliber out of salmon at lunchtime??
