   5 Stars – A Truly Memorable Dining Experience! I had an incredible experience at Earls kitchen +bar in Brentwood! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with a perfect blend of cozy and modern decor. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, which made the whole evening feel extra special. The food was absolutely outstanding — every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. I highly recommend the steaks which was perfectly cooked and full of depth. The dessert was the perfect ending — rich, creative, and not overly sweet. Whether you're going out for a casual dinner or celebrating something special, this place truly delivers on quality and service. I can’t wait to come back!

   Did not process our order, had to wait for 2.5hrs for food. They did compensate for the meal, but our time and drinks cost money too.

   We were there for Happy Hour & have been there for many Happy Hours'. Always very good & servers pleasant & attentive. One thing we did miss was the Prawn Taco, would be nice to have on the menu again. Thank you, we will be back

   My wife and I made a dinner reservation to celebrate our anniversary. We were promptly greeted and seated immediately. Promotions were clearly explained and service was good. Food quality was also good. They gave us a free dessert with a lit candle and anniversary card to celebrate 🥳. All in all a great dining experience!

   Not very many places offer a brunch happy hour so this was perfect for our girls gathering. Great ambience. The food is typical of any chain restaurant - not outstanding but not bad either. Still hits the spot. Drink prices were great.

   It’s Friday night and we get it! That’s why we made a reservation. However, waiting area is so chaos and unorganized. I waited 15 minutes until we finally be seated. On the reservation I have mention it’s a business meal and they seat us right at the door where everyone is walking in and out. Otherwise the restaurant itself has a nice atmosphere and beautiful decor. Food was good and drinks was refreshing.

   To be clear, this experience was in no way the fault of our server — she was lovely and attentive throughout our visit. The issue lies entirely with how management handled the situation. My friend and I had a reservation at Earls yesterday evening at 5 PM. She was visiting from out of town, and we thought Earls would be the perfect place to catch up after not seeing each other for quite some time. We were seated promptly, placed our order, and began enjoying our meal. However, in the middle of eating, our server approached and let us know that another party was scheduled to arrive in 15 minutes and that we would need to be moved. We assumed this meant a temporary relocation to the bar or another table — and we fully understand how busy restaurants can get with back-to-back reservations, especially since both of us have worked in the industry for years. No one came to move us, and were left thinking, did they expect us to move ourselves to the bar?? Instead of being moved, we were met by the manager who, without any apology or empathy, simply informed us that we had to vacate the table. When we asked if we could be seated elsewhere, we were told no, as other reservations were expected — despite the fact that we also had a reservation. When my friend mentioned we weren’t aware there was a time limit, the manager completely ignored her. What’s most frustrating is that we were asked to leave while still eating, and less than 1 hour and 30 minutes into our reservation. At no point were we informed of a time limit beforehand — and even if there was a two-hour limit, we were well within it. The lack of communication, apology, or effort to accommodate us in any way was extremely disappointing and honestly ruined what should have been a special evening. We understand the realities of managing a busy dining room, but prioritizing incoming reservations over guests who are already seated and still in the middle of their meal feels incredibly disrespectful.

    Service was excellent. The guest services team was so kind and let us know where to find them if we needed them after we were seated. She asked us if we had a preference of where we sat which I liked. Our server was awesome - she was not trying to rush us, she knew we were catching up and let us know how to signal her when we needed her which we appreciated. She had great knowledge about the menu and encouraged us to take our time and offered us wine tasters.
