   Overall a great experience. The meal was good and service was prompt and friendly. Enjoyed the surprise Happy Anniversary dessert after our dinner. We were able to enjoy a window seat, so the views were stunning as always at Sparkling Hills.

   Breakfast meals well below standards expected of a first class restaurant. For example the table fruit plate for 2 consisted of unripe and soggy fruit that was further cheapened by a single strawberry cut in half to be shared by 2. The. coffee was like warm and very"weak". Main breakfast dish was full to overflowing of hash browns, Not something you would think a Health Spa Reorst would serve up just to bulk up a plate. Even the "egg bennie" didn't measure up, the muffin was so hard"it was difficult to cut and was left not eaten. The Resort facilities are wonderfull it is difficult to accept that that something as a simple meal could detract from total enjoyment of our stay.

   Our server Charlette was wonderful and made us feel very welcome. The food was good and potions were appropriate for the meal.

   Overall is OK, but not great. We only have breakfast the. - drip coffee very bland, horrible - ordered chicken waffle for breakfast, waffle is dry, chicken was not crispy, flavor is OK - ordered everything salmon, potato is not crispy, bagel also does not taste very toasted, seems like everything was put together with the ingredients with no further thoughts or touch to it. A little disappointed with the quality of the food especially this should be the fine dining of the resort

   Diner was aweful . Sad to say after three times here they really have went down hill . Service was great food is overpriced and aweful

   We have enjoyed the restaurant over the years. But the last couple of times we have not liked the food so much. The quality has been substandard especially for the price. Hopefully it will improve.

    We are returning guests at Sparkling Hill and to be totally honest we were a little taken back by the menu change from the normal menu, but the service was not the same as it normally is once we got our food we didn’t even have our waitress check on us to see if it was OK And numerous times we had to flag down someone else to just even get some kind of random service it definitely didn’t feel like the normal Sparkling Hill, which was very disappointing because when we come up there, we expect to feel like like we’re at Sparkling Hill and it’s different than the rest, but it did not feel like that tonight unfortunately
