   I usually don’t give bad reviews unless there’s a very good reason for it. At Lupo, the food was ok (starters are better than the pasta). The wine list is quite decent and good prices. Very good atmosphere overall until I get the bill where the restaurant decided to charge $5.00 for the chilly oil which I used about a tea spoon, and $3.00 for a bit more parmigian cheese!! This is a cheap behavior and it really put a bad taste to my mouth. Never in my life a restaurant decided to charge the customers for these. Especially when they didn’t bother letting the customers know in andvance. And I have been to more than 90 countries. This really put Lupo below the likes of Spaghetti House or even McDonalds! I paid for everything because I didn’t want to cause anything uneasy with the waitress but I did make my feeling known to the assistant manager. I hope Lupe’s management will pay attention to this and fix it. It’s the little things that killed your reputation and perception from your customers.

   This is a beautiful restaurant with outstanding service from the time you walk in until the time you leave. Seems like they have a team approached so even if it's not your waiter, they will still clear your plate or ask you if you need anything. Our food is delicious, we had a pizza and pasta which we split our table had a wonderful view, and altogether it was a wonderful evening.

   Probably some of the best pasta we’ve ever had. All 4 of us enjoyed our meals and our waiter was top notch! Not only was he a great waiter but he helped make our stay and choices a lot easier with his knowledge of the area. Very much appreciated him!

   Last night my fiancé and I dinned at LUPO. The service was prompt and the food was great. We were luckily enough to sit on the upper floor where there was only 4 - 5 other tables and the noise wasn’t bad and easy to have conversation. The portion are perfectly sized. Not too big, not too small. 10/10 would come back.

   Brilliant authentic Italian food. Haven’t got past pasta, pizza and salads yet but I suspect everything here is 1st class. Great Negroni and Tuscan Chianti. Don’t miss the chance.
