Our food was delicious, very well cooked and presented. One of us had bison strip loin and the other had the daily special which was a bbq chicken. The chicken had been deboned, was tender and perfectly cooked. Our server was a lovely lady originating from Derry in Ireland, she was friendly and very attentive. I’d definitely recommend this restaurant.

The restaurant was not busy and we were greeted and offered a choice of tables, the waitress quickly brought us water and left us with the menus, the selection was good as not too many dishes on it . We ordered 2 glasses of wine and flat bread with goats cheese and red onion chutney to start and bison steaks with macaroni cheese and fennel. The wine was slow coming and after 30mins the starter came, no sooner had we finished it than the plates removed and the main course arrived immediately. This was badly paced as much too soon after the starter not allowing us to digest the first in time for the main. The steak was well cooked but not hot, neither was the fennel. At no stage was I asked if I would like more wine, so I lost interest. It could have been so much better an experience and in time lead to a fuller and more profitable restaurant

Best of the 3 dinners in Jasper (the others were Raven’s Bistro and Fiddle River). While all were good, Harvest was our favorite- the seafood board starter was so good. Unique salad and delicious osso buco.

Absolutely wonderful food. The seafood board, elk chop and bison loin phenomenal. GF chocolate cake top notch. Waitress was new - very friendly and attentive. With a tad more time she’ll be great. An enjoyable experience.

The server was really lovely! The cheeseboard was tasty and there was an abundance of bread to go with it and the accompanying chutneys. We had a nice red wine too- quite a generous pour, I have to say! My husband had the elk and though the flavour was quite nice, it was really quite chewy. I had the salad with chicken…Nice enough dressing but the chicken was just ok. Lots of teeny oily bits (I was expecting more of a grilled breast type of serving but maybe that’s on me for not checking as I was ordering.) For what it was…it felt a little overpriced.

Amazing food and service. Pretty good value for money but I always want it cheaper. But that’s my problem! Will definitely be back.

Duck is hard to get right, but they got this. Moist, flavorful and crispy in each bite. With Saskatoon berries. All the food was perfect- the Harvest Salad was a deconstructed work of art, the Salmon Ravioli delicious and yes, we split a Sour Cherry Tart. And Terrence was like a one man dinner show. Besides keeping water glasses full, he sang and danced and brought food. What more could you ask of a waiter?! Our favorite evening in Jasper so far.
