   Just had another outstanding meal at Sullivans! We're becoming regulars for a reason - the food is consistently delicious and the atmosphere is always welcoming. But what truly stood out tonight was the exceptional service we received from Elvis. He was incredibly attentive, making sure our drinks were refilled promptly and that we never had to wait long for the next course. He was friendly, efficient, and really made our dining experience even more enjoyable.

   The oysters were not shucked properly. There were shell fragments in each one I ate. My wife’s shrimp accompaniment came out almost after her meal. The same with the asparagus. My steak was ordered medium rare, came medium if not medium well. They took the steak and the manager apologized and stated the cook was a rookie. My steak never came. The waiter noticed towards the end of our meal. I asked them to bring it, and I would cut into it and check the temp. When the brought it, the temp was fine but the steak was pale. No grill marks, almost as if it was sous vide. Having stated all of this, the manager removed almost half the bill. That was generous but I was still quite disappointed at not having my steak at what was my favorite steak place. I usually have my company holiday dinner there as well. I’m hopping this was just growing pains.

   This is not the high end Sullivans we used to visit years ago. The quality of the food has gone down since the last time we dined here. Food was just ok for the amount of money we spent here. Ordered a Cosmo drink and then found out on the bill that it was $23???!! Our steaks were barely warm when we received them. Will not be returning.

   Our service was horrific. It took 40 minutes to get the bottle of wine we ordered and an hour and a half to get our food. The manager reassigned a server to make it right, which it sort of did but our experience was already tainted.

   I had the driest piece of salmon ever. Asked for medium well and it was way past overcooked.

   Our server started off on the wrong foot and it continued for the rest of our meal. She was not tracking with the details and it showed from drink order through dessert. Her tense and snippy attitude made it worse. Typically, we go to Wilmington DE location and were disappointed in this King of Prussia store. Salad course and entree were both wrong for 1 guest, filet was served overdone, which ruins your meal. Manager visited table, which was good but she could have been dressed more professionally/ appropriately. Not likely to visit this location again.

   It was literally just mediocre. 500 bucks for 5 of us. Hard bread, dirty plates, food was fine but nothing near worth 500!

   My steak was overdone but still tasty and the Brussels sprouts were overdone and mostly bacon and onions. True roasted Brussels sprouts would have been so much better!

    The food was good but a little expensive. They offer a 3 course meal for a set price but if you did not see it online you would not have been offered it. I asked and the waiter said oh would you like to see that menu. If I had not asked we would not have been told about it. Service was good and the food was good.
