   We recently dined here and while the food and service were good, we were disappointed. A gratuity had already been added to our bill as we were a group. It would have been appreciated if our server would have kindly mentioned that the tip was already included. Just a heads-up for future diners to check your bill closely.

   Our sever, Lana, was very attentive to our table of five always making sure our drinks were full and we had everything we needed. Food was great and management was apologetic about one dish taking a bit longer - this was appreciated. It’s a noisy place, but you’d expect that for this type of venue. We always have fun playing games. Great time was had by all.

   It was a very good experience for the first time. Brought my Grandchildren there. The only issue I have is that it needs an area where older people can sit and enjoy comfortable surroundings while kids played.

   Tried to pay with a gift card and have never seen a bigger circus in my life. It’s 2025, it’s not too difficult. Just wish that it was stated before we brought them and we would’ve been proactive. Waitress was super nice, management was the pain. Music was also next level loud and that’s coming from university students. Overall, great time, but when push came to shove there were definitely obvious and easy improvements to be made.

   It was just okay- small portions and a bit loud in the restaurant. The food was average but not big enough portions for what you’d expect in regards to their pricing. Also had to remind them to mark my reservation as complete in open table

   The burgers tasted like burnt charcoal. The food took forever when it wasn't even packed in the restaurant. They bring popcorn because they know it's taking long. The server was nice but could have came back to ask what we were ordering sooner. We were sitting for an hour before our orders were taken.

   Great experience. Booking was easy and we showed up early and they still sat us for our meal way before the scheduled time which was very nice

   This was our first time going to the Rec Room and we were blown away with how clean and organized the place was. The staff are outstanding!!! Our server went above and beyond to ensure that our Son’s food allergy was not an issue and we could breathe a sigh of relief and enjoy our meal (we forgot his EpiPen) Thank you again to the staff for a fun and enjoyable experience! We will definitely be back.

    Once we got seated at our table, we waited 20 minutes with nobody coming over to see us. We had to get up and go find a server. Food was good. However, they told me there was a zero balance on a gift card I had when I knew for a fact that it had the full amount on it.
