Welcome to Madre Osteria & Bar! Located in Milton, MA on the ground level of Milton Landing overlooking the Neponset River. Offering a modern approach to classic, rustic Italian cuisine created by Chef Sam Curtis. Think house-made Foccacia and specialty grande meatballs. Entrees include Truffle Risotto, Braised Short Rib, and Wild Boar Ragú. In addition to Italian and seafood dishes, we also offer gluten-free and vegetarian options.

The interior design of Madre is both elegant and casual. We offer a full bar and wine list. Seating options include tables, high tops, a bar, and a beautiful outdoor patio.

We are right down the road from our sister restaurants Lower Mills Tavern and Yellow Door Taqueria in Dorchester - perfect spots to grab a drink before or after your reservation!

The chef is the best in the entire south Boston area. Just wow. We ordered salmon, crab pasta and chicken, all absolutely unique.

$1 oysters were delish. But they are only available at the bar between 4-7. Happy hour menus is good, Mike the bartender was friendly. Will definitely be there again.

We had an 8 pm reservation, and we were seated as we came in at 8. The waitstaff was pleasant and helpful. We had 2 food allergies at the table and she seemed to take them seriously, double checking with the kitchen. There were 9 of us, and everyone was pleased.

We had a wonderful time. The meatballs and Lobster ravioli was fantastic and very tasty. Out waitress, Ashley was very attentive and did a wonderful job! Her recommendations were spot on! Definitely will return!

Food was okay, half came out cold and half came out hot. The runners kept mixing up the food. Outdoor patio seemed cool, inside is busy and loud. Great place for adults, not family

First timer! And will definitely come back! Megan the hostess was super helpful with my resy and we loved the outside dining. Not one complaint about our lunch…great chick parm! We even left with a bouquet of tulips for Mother’s Day, so sweet and thanks!

I would have loved to give 5 stars, the food was unbelievable and the restaurant itself is outstanding but ruined by a dismissive and extremely rude server.

The service was great from the minute we got in the door. Table service was timed to perfection. Seemed like a seamless team. Lobster ravioli new to the menu is fantastic.
